Bedrooms

Eagle Room

A romantic room ideal for anniversary or honeymoon weekends. The Eagle room is very spacious. It has a queen size bed, a full bathroom en-suite as well as its own viewing deck where you can sit and watch the wild life walking freely around the house. It is also the perfect spot to sit and watch a superb African sunset.

Leopard Room

This room has a queen size double bed. Don’t let the name scare you, no leopards have ever actually been in here!

Buffalo Room

With a wooden floor and beautiful wood-panelled walls, this room will never fail to impress. The room has a double bed, and its windows look out over the African bush and wildlife outside. Furthermore, there is the luxury of an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

Zebra Room

The Zebra Room features a double bed, dressing table and a built-in wardrobe. Named after an animal you are guaranteed to meet up close during your stay at Penny Lane!

Entertainment Area and Splash Pool

Just off the veranda, you’ll find a cosy foot fire, with ample seating for all your guests, and a splash pool to relax in. This area is an African dream come true – the great outdoors with a touch of luxury.

Veranda

The veranda features an eight-seater table and a built-in braai. Perfect for watching the sun set behind the bush while sipping on your favourite drink, or a feast of a braai with friends and family. The local wildlife (zebras, kudu and giraffes – to name a few animals) often graze near the railing of the veranda, adding to the magical atmosphere of Penny Lane.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped to serve eight guests, with anything you could possibly need to cook up a well deserved meal after an exciting day of game drives. If cooking at home isn’t entirely what you had in mind, a visit to the few restaurants and taverns nearby comes highly recommended.

Other Facilities

For the more adventurous members of your group, an outdoor shower is as close to nature as you can get – with only a few zebras or giraffes passing by. On the other hand, if the bush gets too much, an upstairs lounge with satellite television will ensure that you can relax and even enjoy your favourite show in air-conditioned comfort.
